Dot NAME Domains

Set up in 2001, the Dot NAME generic TLD is the sole TLD planned for personal sites only. These domains can consist of personal or fictional names, nicknames and/or other labels people are known by. At first, just third-level registrations were permitted, so if you planned to book john.doe.name, you were required to do that under .doe.name. In 2004, however, the registration process was liberalized and 2nd-level registrations were also allowed. Already registered 3rd-level names remained running.

You will have the chance to update the WHOIS contact information, to park your domain, to modify Custom DNS records, etc. You can also transfer an active domain to our firm if you get its EPP transfer code from the present domain provider and we will renew it when the transfer has been completed.
